AI is a working tool here, not a replacement for human judgment. Our Artificial Intelligence Use Policy sets the standards we follow:
- People stay accountable. AI supports human judgment and does not replace it, especially in decisions that affect people.
- Approved tools only. We use a short list of approved AI tools, Microsoft Copilot first, and only through work accounts.
- Human review comes first. Published content and proposals are reviewed by a person before they go out. AI-generated code is reviewed, tested, and approved by a qualified person before use, and final design decisions stay with people.
- Your information stays protected. AI tools are not used to handle passwords or credentials, and sensitive client data stays out of them unless explicitly approved.
- No AI decisions about people. We do not use AI to make or automate hiring, pay, discipline, or performance decisions.
- Honest about AI. If you ask whether AI was used in your work, we tell you.
- Clear and accessible. Accessibility and plain language are required for AI-assisted content.
