What the form asks for
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, offer of interest, and a short description. It also includes consent to use those details to respond.
What is sent with an inquiry
The form includes the current page path and campaign parameters, when present, to identify the source of the inquiry. It does not include the full referring URL. The site does not add your email or message to page URLs.
Where an inquiry goes
When configured by the website owner, the server forwards the inquiry to an approved lead-handling service, which emails it to the inWorks LLC support mailbox to be managed as a support case. The receiver and retention period must be documented here before launch. The form reports receipt only after that service accepts the request.
Spam protection
The form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check to tell people from automated programs. Your browser loads it from Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to run the check.
Email is a separate option
“Open an email instead” prepares a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Preparing a draft is not a website submission.
Cookies and analytics
This starter does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser-storage tracking. Hosting infrastructure and any subsequently added services may process technical information; the final notice must describe them.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, account details, controlled information, or confidential files. Ask us to arrange an appropriate secure channel.
